Apply to SFI
SFI is a basic course in the Swedish language which also prepares you for Swedish society.
You also need a Swedish social security number (personnummer) from the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket) and be at least 16 years of age. EU citizens need either a co-ordination number (samordningsnummer) or right of residence (uppehållsrätt).
Our classroom courses are held in newly renovated facilities in the vicinity of Kista Galleria in the mornings, afternoons and evenings.
The school environment is organised in a way to promote calm study spaces, possibilites to eat lunch with classmates and the best chances for success in your studies. All our facilities have of course disability access.
Application for SFI at Svea Education can be made either with an SFI-application through one of the links below at your registered municipality, or by booking a personal meeting with us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you with your application process.

You apply for the school through your municipality. Click your corresponding link above and choose course/education as well as school in the municipality's course catalogue.
If you need help with your application, then we can personally help you at the school or you can talk to your student counselour at your municipality.
We have continual admissions. This means that SFI-courses start every other week, all year round. The length that you have to study is dependent on your existing educational background. SFI is free of any cost, however you can not apply for CSN for studying it. Grades are given out at the end of every course.
